Frequently asked questions
What organizations ask us most
Answers to the most common questions about Strategy Engine: from how it differs from ChatGPT to security, implementation and multilingual support.
What exactly is Strategy Engine?
An enterprise AI platform for content strategy, market intelligence and scalable content production. The platform first analyzes your organization, market and audience, then uses that foundation to produce strategically grounded content - from planning to publication.
Is this the same as ChatGPT or another AI writing tool?
No. ChatGPT and similar tools are language models that generate text from a prompt. Strategy Engine is a complete pipeline covering market analysis, segmentation, decision intelligence, planning, research, generation and validation. A language model is just one of many components within it.
Does the platform replace our content team?
No. The platform automates the process around content production - research, planning, structure, generation and validation. Strategic direction, brand judgment and final editing stay with your team, with configurable approval points throughout the pipeline.
How is this different from keyword-based SEO tools?
Keyword tools show search volume and competition per term. Strategy Engine first builds a complete market model - segments, decision pressures and topical structure - and derives search intent and content priority from it. Keywords are an outcome of the strategy, not the starting point.
What is an "opportunity blueprint"?
An opportunity blueprint is a well-founded content opportunity derived from market analysis and decision intelligence: which topic, for which segment, with what commercial value and what strategic rationale.
How does the platform protect our tone of voice?
Tone of voice, terminology and writing style are captured in the knowledge layer through the Tone of Voice Engine, then automatically applied and checked in every generated article.
Can the platform hallucinate or produce factually incorrect content?
The risk of inaccurate output is reduced because content is generated from a validated knowledge layer rather than through free-form generation, and because the Quality & Validation Engine checks every step before publication. A final human review is still recommended and can be configured by default.
Which industries is the platform suited for?
The platform is industry-agnostic: the knowledge layer and market analysis adapt to any sector, from B2B software and professional services to manufacturing, financial services and retail.
Does the platform work for SMBs too, or only for enterprises?
Both. The architecture is built for enterprise, but it's ready to use for SMBs that want strategic content production without a large in-house content team.
Can an agency use the platform for multiple clients?
Yes. Agencies can manage a separate workspace for each client, with its own knowledge layer, strategy and tone of voice, all from one central environment.
Does the platform support multiple brands or websites?
Yes, through the Multi-Brand & Multi-Site Management module. Each brand or website gets its own strategy within the same overarching environment.
Does the platform support multiple languages and countries?
Yes. Market analysis, segmentation and content production can run per language and region, while keeping a consistent brand strategy across countries.
How long does implementation take?
That depends on the complexity of your organization, the number of brands or markets and the integrations you need. A structured onboarding process maps this out for each situation.
Which CMS platforms can content be published to?
Shazzoo CMS, WordPress and Laravel, among others, plus an open API for custom integrations. We can also build connections to other systems on request.
Who owns the generated content?
Your organization retains full ownership of all generated content, as well as the knowledge layer built up within the platform.
How is our company data secured?
Company data and the knowledge layer are stored encrypted within an enterprise-grade security architecture, with role-based access control per user and workspace.
Can we require human approval before publication?
Yes - in fact, that's the default: an article is only published once its status is 'approved', which by default is granted by a human reviewer in the Review Station. For teams that don't want to wait on every article, there's a configurable automatic fallback that approves an article after a set period without response.
How much content can the platform produce per month?
The platform is designed to scale from dozens to thousands of articles per month, depending on the size of the market, the number of segments and the chosen content plan.
How does this platform compare to a content agency?
The platform doesn't necessarily replace an agency, but it does change the agency's role: from manual production to strategic direction, with the platform doing the execution at scale.
What happens if our market or positioning changes?
The knowledge layer isn't a static document. Market analysis, segmentation and opportunity blueprints can be updated, after which new and existing content planning automatically adjusts to the new situation.
Can the platform also analyze and improve existing content?
Yes. Existing content can be brought into the Company Intelligence module and assessed for alignment with your current market strategy, as a basis for revision or expansion.
How does an organization get started with Strategy Engine?
Through a strategy session and a structured intake that maps out your organization, market and goals as the foundation for the first knowledge layer and content plan.
Next step
Your market never stops changing. Your content should keep up.
Strategy Engine gives organizations the strategic layer most content processes lack: understanding before production, knowledge before generation, structure before scale.
